These are ready for immediate shipment. Once your order is confirmed, we will process and package the item within 2-3 business days, and it will be shipped to your address within 5 business days. Customizing a fixture allows you to add your personal touch, and the lead time for these orders varies based on the complexity of the customization. Depending on your specific requirements, the production and finishing process can take between 1 week to 4-5 weeks. After you’ve submitted your custom request, we’ll provide you with a more accurate timeline based on the specifics of your order. If we encounter any delays, we will keep you updated every step of the way.Made-to-Order Fixtures
These items are crafted specifically for each customer. Since they are not kept in stock, we begin production only after receiving your order. The lead time for made-to-order items is typically 2 to 3 weeks for production, followed by shipping. Because these pieces are uniquely made just for you, they require extra care and time to ensure the highest quality.
