Refunds are only available within 12 hours of placing your order. After this 12-hour window, we are unable to process refunds as your order may have already been processed or shipped.
2. How to Request a Refund
If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@moorishart.com. Include the following details in your request:

- Reason for the refund request
Once we receive your request within the allowed timeframe, we will process your refund and confirm it via email.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@moorishart.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item according to our policy and place a new order.
